If your an NC based Aggie, do you have the A&T tag? If not, why not?
I believe there's a non NC license tag representing A&T also. Which state(s) is it?

Thanks aggiewjm! Much respect to the Maryland Aggies!!
I frequently look for the A&T tags when I'm in the state and don't see many of them. With all the positive press, productive programs and PRIDE, I would think these entities would transfer into more support for the tag program. Maybe I'm in the wrong part of the state (my home is in Eastern NC). Then again, I don't see many of them in the parking lots at our football games. Just curious.
Reasons for not purchasing: Cost graphic design Didn't know about program

DC has them too. I've got a Maryland tag. That reminds me, my registration is due...

Capt,
Believe it or not A&T's tag is one of the more supported state tags. they did a story on those university plates and we were pretty close to the larger schools (NCSU, UNC) as far as tags ordered. On the other hand, UNCG didn't even have enough support (at the time of the article) to have a tag yet.

It's shocking to hear that we have one of the most supported state tags. Do you know how long it took for us, A&T, to get enough alums to order the damn thing so that the state would make them? It was FOREVER! My dad ordered four back in the late 80's when I was in high school. That's when they started the program and we didn't get enough people to purchase them in order to print them until when? The late 90's? I know when he got them, three of them were registered for cars that he no longer owned. And we didn't need but a couple hundred to print them.
There's a strong possibility that my wife and I are moving back to Chlt within the next three to four months. Does anyone know if you can get this tag now at anytime or will I have to wait until so many more are ordered? I see quite a few when I'm back home in Charlotte. Three in my dads driveway.

I have an Aggie Plate and I see quite a few here in Charlotte. Next to UNC and NC State I see more of ours than any other school.

I see them all the time driving in and out of the RTP. I purchased mine the first week they started making them and was given a number in the mid 400's. I know I've seen some up past 1,000. I see just as many Aggie plates as Eagle plates in Durham.

I agree with AggieMike on the fact that they need to up date the new tag symbol to one of the new mascot icons. Does anyone no if they are going to change the symbol to a more updated one? If not I’m going to get the A&T tag regardless especially when I get my new whip (ride). ;D
