Like NSS said, we hit a five minute window where things don’t go our way…..got to fight thru times and play quality, winning basketball…possession by posession

Good win but a lot to work on going forward,especially free throws and unforce turnovers.

Last year we would have lost this game. Respect to Morgan for not quitting. We countered every MSU run. Easy wins doesn't build confidence. Winning games like this prepares us for tough games in Feb & Mar.

I just got back from the Game.
Corbett is bubbling. I loved the energy in the building.
We have so many players who can freak ( dance) on a Team. Forest shooting close to a teardrop type shot. And then we are so fast that He almost had an alley oop that would have brought down the house. Crazy fun game.
Good Win A&T.

Glad we got the win. We need to work on finishing shots at the baskets (layups and dunks).

All wins are good wins!!
My FloSports feed died right before the last FT and didn't come back up until the handshake line.
Was the last shot by MSU close?? They never replayed it.
Man...Glasper has to find his shot! My feed died too ,obviously Shell missed both free throws and MSU missed the last shot,the game should never have been that close . Same here, kind of reminded me of the Netflix experience during the Tyson Paul match. |

glad we got the "dub"! but it shouldn't have been that close. "greek freak" played his best game since he's been at a&t and felton wasn't bad either. i still say that our "defense" ain't quite where it should be. standing in front of a shooter with your feet on the floor and your hands straight up AIN'T good defense.
good defense is about "how difficult" you make the other team's shot attempts. feet on floor with hands straight up is akin to not being there at all cuz a shooter can "ignore" a defender who has his feet on the floor and hands straight up in the air.
i'm defense minded in basketball, so i pay more attention to defense than most others. had we played defense the way that we should have, this game would not have come down to the final possession...

Morgan clearly was not as talented as we were....yet they ran their offensive sets very crisply in the 2nd half.
Their pressure defense also caught us slipping big time.
We're gonna see better teams than Morgan this year. Our quality of play has to go up many more notches if we want to be a legitimate contender(dare I say champion) in the CAA. It's possible, but the work and focus to details have to be put in by all.
