FCS Football Central's Predicted Order Of Finish: 1. Villanova T2. William & Mary T2. Elon 4. Richmond T5. UAlbany T5. New Hampshire 7. Rhode Island T8. Campbell T8. Towson T10. Maine T10. Monmouth T12. North Carolina A&T T12. Stony Brook 14. Bryant 15. Hampton www.si.com/college/fcs/caa/2024-caa-football-previewI hope we finish in the top 10, but I can see how other coaches can only see us improving no more than 3 spots based off last season performance. Deion Sanders with Colorado finished in last place in the PAC-12 just like the previous year (1-8) although they were a much better team. People tend to forget that your opponents are working extremely hard as well to improve over last year's performance. Give us 4 wins or better and I am good for 2024-25. The team that finished in 12th place last year was 3-5 (Hampton).

In fact, the CAA has an uncany tradition of a team being picked in the bottom-10 of the conference surprisingly competing for the conference title. Hampton and Towson fit that criteria. Every CAA game on our schedule will be a dogfight!

I don't follow other CAA teams so I don't know what they have and what they lost. I rank A&T based solely on their previous season and their changes for next season. Last season I had us finishings in the top 8 out of 16 teams based on not knowing anything about the CAA football conference and surprising some teams that under estimated us as the new kid on the block. This season I rank us to finish in the bottom 5 out of 15 teams. Everyone knows exactly who we are and what we have. This is a tougher season to win for me even though we should be better.

Everyone knows exactly who we are and what we have. Not really. Our offense will look completely different under Marsh and Coach Brown has his first year under his belt. We will win at least 6 games. Last years win total = 1 Brow's 2nd year = +1 Fumbles cost us = +2 New offense more mature QB room = +2 YOYAL 6 wins (and a possible, for better run defense) .500 in conference (4-4)

A lot of what you mention relies on better execution and fewer mistakes. Other than Kevin and the QB transfer from Texas, whom else has started as QB?
