WILMINGTON, N.C. – The UNCW Seahawk Club has announced it raised a record $4,019,746 during the 2024 fiscal year, a 50% increase from the previous year.
"We are encouraged by the large step forward our supporters have allowed us to take this year. I'd like to thank our Seahawk Club members for their generosity," said Seahawk Club Executive Director Adam Fearing. "Our staff of Justin Carson, Logan Martinez and Samantha Cleary works diligently throughout the year to garner support, and we are all ecstatic to see this generous response from our donors."
Fiscal year fundraising totals for UNCW Athletics: 2018 = $3,867,045 2019 = $2,074,008 2020 = $2,184,889 2021 = $2,189,116 2022 = $2,083,181 2023 = $2,680,141 2024 = $4,019,746

I like seeing info like this. This shows where we need to be and exceed. I hope we get to the point of having multiple folks on staff to help raise money for Aggie Athletics.

Has the University or AAF put together any metrics on how the "Aggie Club" compares to the Seahawk Club or similar fundraising entities in the CAA. I seem to remember how the AAF stacks up against other HBCU boosters, abut like many things, that's irrelevant now. If we wanna compete with UNCW and the like we need to put ourselves in position to do similar things.

AAF doesnt even send out information regarding how much money is raised... They have reported giving in at least a couple presentations in the last few years. You probably received the information in face-to-face meetings, those that are not in AAF chapters receive zero information from them.
