Locke is the next it does not play like a Freshmen and physical does not look like a Freshmen she could play at a lot of Power 5 Schools My biggest fear for her. Because a Power 5 will tamper like no tomorrow and snatch a low major talent with ease, because they can sell them on the fact that they have NIL money that we don’t. Good fear but I think she is with A&T for the long haul.... And is NIL $ really there for the womens players other than the top tier ones (Clark/Reese)?

Talia played well and filled in for Acox very nicely...... Agreed! I have been critical of her rebounding at times, but she stepped it up(pretty good at drawing fouls without the ball). I’m still looking for more from Curtis. Seems like she is never ready for the ball.

East Market St has Something to Say.
The Bench is shaping up. Hopefully we can get healthy.
It’s coming to a Showdown.
I went to the game. A&T was all business once it got into its groove. I love the arena. I saw people seated on the concourse with tables ect.
I like that look when We did it at Corbett

We're in sole possession of second place. Charleston got beat by Monmouth yesterday.

But via your own personal brand/marketing, no it’s not really lucrative outside of Clark, Reese, Juju, etc. A 7/8th rotational player at a Power 5 isn’t raking in much cash off their name alone, you’re right. And from what I was told a this month directly from the horses mouth, all of the girls returning are assumed to be back. I just know how nasty big schools get with the tampering

The below article will give you an idea of how successful women basketball players are doing as to NIL deals. Some schools make sure the entire team get paid a decent bag. theathletic.com/4300103/2023/03/16/nil-womens-college-basketball-poll/

Biggest room in the world is the room for improvement. Clarke 2 rebounds. I concur. While I really applause the reshaping of her body. I am not convinced of her desire to play the post. She is only shooting 40% from the floor and averaging a little over 7 rebounds per.She has taken the fourth most three's and has only made 19.1%(9 for47).I oniy mention this because I think we are going to need a lot more in the paint from her going forward. Also, Mia H might want get on the CC off season workout plan.

Shaq was out for a bit after she fell and hurt her knee. It looked like it might be something serious but she worked it out, rode the bike and came back. I did notice that she was still wincing a bit. She's also a threat at all 3 levels. Our team even runs the pick and pop with her periodically. The only real issue I have with her is that she gets her shot blocked or ball hit too frequently in the low post.

Clark simply doesn't play her size. At 6'4" and her weight, she has a physical advantage on offense every game. She's not aggressive and appears to avoid physicality most of the time. She seems to struggle when teams get physical with her. Oftentimes, she catches the ball with one or two feet in the paint, and she quickly passes it back out to someone on the perimeter. She also shoots too many threes and too many shots fading away from the defender or she just quickly flicks the ball towards the basket when she is in the post. I'd love to see her going through the defender when she gets good low post position. Majority of the time, she would either score or they would have to foul her. She should use her size to bump the defender off the spot and then go up strong towards the basket. Additionally, her rebounding is well below par for someone with her size. If she wants to shoot threes, the coach should at least make her earn those opportunities if she is rebounding the ball and playing more aggressively in the post. Hopefully, she works to improve this in the offseason.

What games have you been watching. Like OSA said it's more to playing the position then just scoring points . Coach Rob understands his players and if Clark is popping out for a 3 ,trust me it's by design. Clark is our only big that gets doubled up by our competitors. This opens up opportunities for other teammates . In the words of William DeVaughn " be thankful for what you got" 🙏

I loved our overall performance against Elon ,we completely dominated a lesser skilled team ,which is what we were supposed to do . Great game by everyone especially "Baby Shaq".
