Let the Students come back. I get it now. I had forgotten how the League Schedule is. The Women have Fri Nights and Sundays afternoons. The Men Thurs nights, and Sat afternoon. (for the most part.)
That being written. Friday Nights in Corbett could be special... the DJ was good.

Good Win A&T.
Townson had some nice players. Our zone forced them to beat us from outside. We doubled their 5. Who had some nice footwork.
This League is showing me a treat of nice Guard play. Coach went to a Acox/Clark line-up for a bit. Acox & Clark battled nicely.
Idk what to make of this W. This Could validate us a little more in Aggie Nation. C of C, snuck by us. We must stay Healthy.

If we can get Wilcox back we'll be better on the defensive end as she is our best on ball defender. That's what we've missed since she's been out.
SK is getting her sea legs back gradually, by tournament time she'll spell Dorsey for valuable minutes.
Also, Locke is a budding star and earning all the extra minutes she has seen. Her game is unlike anyone else on roster, just a legit baller with the size and play making ability to cause CAA all types of problems. If she continues to mature should be able to jump on the All-Rookie team by seasons end.
Today's game was the epitome of the team's philosophy of "commit 2 grit" and "we above me". Everyone who saw the floor left it all out there, and Bracone and Clarke running the pick and pop to perfection for OT forcing 3, showed ultimate confidence in the team concept.
Awesome job today ladies look forward to supporting you guys this weekend in the 757.

I saw some Stats on the jumbotron. I would like to see them in a more frequent rotation. Good job. Also the officials Replay, or A replay would be good too.

My keys (from what I seen this season):
1. 4 of the 5 starting spots are set (Clark, Bracone, Dorsey, Tucker)
2. Spot 5 production is needed (Davis, Curtis, Locke)
3. Nylah Willis is out and missing ( maybe injured?).
4. Locke has a bright future and should start for the reminder of the season.....she is gritty and tough.
5. Coach Rob is coaching this team and figuring out his best combinations
6. What happened to the Council twins and Levossie Taylor?
We are growing but expect some ups and downs.....

I also like Acox in tandem with Clark, although She has been Subbing for Her. Davis, is a touch nervous. Just Set Her up and let Her make her move. She is scrappy and I like Her contribution in the sceme of things. SKD is a factor is giving Dorsey a rest. Lastly, I noticed that we out-ran them at times. |

coach bibbs was excellent at recruiting "guards". coach rob is excellent at recruiting "bigs". man, if coach rob could just sign some guards akin to the talent level that coach bibbs signed (i.e., tweet cook, amber calvin), we'd be very tough to beat at the midmajor level...
