This basketball season reminds me of the Coach Bibbs era. She had great teams with exciting players. The men's team was just the opposite and the Aggie fans flocked to Corbett Arena to see her exciting teams. I believe it will be that way again this year unless a miracle happens with the men's team.
Yes, He was a good understudy. Speaking of that, I wish that He would incorporate the Bibbs Fast break (after a made basket). They would take the ball out quickly, baseball pass to a player at the 5 second hash mark, and She would throw it to another player streaking and going to the hoop.
Bibbs kept a 5 that could shoot, although undersized. LaMona Smalley, I think J Sams ect. Baby Shaq may get doubled teamed this year. I like the idea of a High /low with Her and Acox or even Dorsey, with Clark at the top of the key. Or even let Tucker pivot and work.
This Team has a chip on it's shoulder from last year. They have a little better handle on the rock and really needs to be stronger with it.
I can't wait to see them really run. Clark really trimmed down during the off season, and looks like She has the Green light for the 3 ball. Her Back-up is still learning so Acox subbed, although that Liberty Player was about 6-7.
