I just finished reading all the excuses, problems, shortcomings and issues with our men's basketball team and I agree with the bottom-line conclusion... we've got a bunch of non-shooting short players. I have no idea what the excuses, problems and shortcomings of the Lady Aggie team, but I do know they have been working very hard year-round to get prepared for this season. How do I know that? Coach Rob has been on social media year-round showing how hard his players are working to be ready to play. Now, sh*t happens, and players get hurt but injuries are the only thing that will get in the Lady Aggies' way. They will always be well prepared, in great shape and play disciplined basketball. All the things that the men's basketball team seems to lack.

Lady Aggies Earn Power Five Win

WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. – Georgia was on their mind, but not anymore.

The North Carolina A&T women's basketball team can put behind them the disappointing third quarter it had a week and a half ago against the Power Five Georgia Bulldogs because the Aggies played a spectacular third quarter against the Power Five Wake Forest Demon Deacons, leading to a 55-51 win over the ACC school at Lawrence Joel Veterans Memorial Coliseum.

A&T walked out of the locker room at halftime during its season opener at the University of Georgia with an eight-point lead. That lead evaporated as the Dogs outscored the Aggies 23-6 in the third quarter to go on to win by 12. That would not be the case Wednesday night.

norfolk state's women are kicking azz too. i think norfolk state basketball (both men and women) has "voo-doo" dolls on caa teams. both their men and women have winning records over caa teams over the last couple of years or so.

currently, norfolk state's women are "undefeated". they beat w&m 66-65, drexel 51-49 (both from the caa). they also beat radford from the bsc 70-46 and the other day they beat app state from the sun belt, 67-53. norfolk's women are very good, they have an nc state transfer on their roster who is "lighting it up"...
