i said championship "caliber" program. besides, i hate the buzzards as much as anybody, but we don't have any grounds to talk smack about their program "right now" cuz we're coming off of a 1-10 season and they done kicked our azzes 2 years in a row. i'd luv to throw shade their way but i ain't very confident that we'll even beat them this upcoming season and if not, then we'll be looking at 3 losses in a row to their azzes. coach brown better figure something out cuz losing to the buzzards 3 seasons in a row is virtually "unbearable"... Things run in cycles. During our great run with Broadway, Mack beat us three years in a row. Followed by us beating the breaks off of them for awhile. So yeah, it will suck to lose to them in Durham this year, but we can rebound. that's true. but "smack talkin' 101" says that it ain't about the past, instead its about "what have you done for me lately". i grew up on the playground, so i'm very knowledgeable of smack talkin' etiquette. lol, bringing up the past is a smack talkin' law violation. heck, if smack talkin' was about the past, i'd have a field day on their azzes cuz the past is very much "lopsided" in our favor...

I always approach a new football season as if we have a secret plan to overcome our failures from the previous year. Lawd I hope we unveiled that secret plan when we go to Durham.

Is he moving to the interior? His bio shows him originally inside then playing the last 2 seasons at DE. A good addition nonetheless.

In the 3-4 defenses a DE has to be able to understand and know rushing Leverage and hole techniques of the inside as well as the outside, now if we quick shift switch to a four-man front out of the three in a game situation on the field he could line up inside or outside . I used to do that all the time just before the ball was snapped I would go from a three to a four man front slant to the wide side of the field. this confuses the offensive lineman and also the quarterback because the total defensive package from secondary to linebacker and lineman has changed from what he saw at the beginning.

If I were them I'd, situationally, play him at all 3. #Versatility
