Oops, always thought there were 8 lanes, therefore making you an All-American by competing in final. 9 in the finals make 1st team AA. Top 9 times of those eliminated in the semi-finals are 2nd team AA . The rest are Honorable Mention AA. First team all American : top 8 at NCAA championships Second team all American : 9-16 Honorable mention all American : 17-24, finish the race at NCAA’s and don’t get disqualified THE NUMBER OF LANES DON'T MATTER. A 9th place finish is 2nd team. |

Disappointing this accomplishment is getting little attention on the board.

Congrats to our All Americans and track program. Disappointing this accomplishment is getting little attention on the board. I completely concur! These athletes could have easily transferred, but they trusted the system and the coaches. We could have hit rock bottom, but we are just reloading! Unfortunately, some on this site think that the “Jug Machine” deserves more attention ….. but I digress |

Congrats to our All Americans and track program. Disappointing this accomplishment is getting little attention on the board. Congratulations to all our members of the track program and coaching staff. What a terrific season! Looking forward to next season. |

Unfortunately, some on this site think that the “Jug Machine” deserves more attention ….. but I digress Sir/Ma'am - Digress on the FACT that I (some) made this thread AS WELL as the jugs machine thread, if you think I think a jugs machine deserves more attention...which it might since football is our highest revenue producing sport. AND virtually EVERY week I do a thread on here about what's happening for ALL of our sports for the particular week. ALSO, if you don't know, I do the same thing on 8 different A&T FB groups that have more than 10k members. Additionally, I post what's happening each day of that week for whatever sport in those 8 groups. |
