Maybe A&T is moving the band and student section closer to the visitor side as the TV camera angles show sparse attendance from the home field side....except for well atended ones such as Central....

Just asking - where will the visiting bands be seated now? What visiting band? Only band we know coming this season is Central. Put them In their regular location . They don’t need a lot of space for their 50 piece band anyway….. Maybe they are just testing the seating for the band just this season . Next year we will have a few coming to us . Norfolk/Hampton/ maybe Scsu….. but we shall see … we don’t have to worry about the CAA schools coming unless they want the experience.

WSSU, Wake and NCCU are our 2024 OOC games.

Just asking - where will the visiting bands be seated now? I say put them where they have always been ,if and when another band comes it might create a little synergy ,having the two bands so close to each other.

SCSU has done this successfully forever. Just cram the visiting band into section A in the visitors corner.

Don't like it but it is what it is. Only visiting bands will be from HBCUs. Hopefully now students will be encouraged to come because they can sit by bands on both sides. This now basically makes the U the student section

When you say you don't like it, what in particular do you not like about the change?

When you say you don't like it, what in particular do you not like about the change? I don't like the location. Because they will be playing into the open part of the stadium. If another band comes , they will have to turn to play one side. If we had a complete bowl i would get it. Both end zones.

i just wish they'd make up their doggone minds. this will be the "3rd" different stadium location for the bgmm over the last 10 years or so. decide on a permanent location and stick with it, stop all these doggone bgmm "relocations"...

They aren't because of complaining alums. NCA&T is reactionary. Those Season ticket holders in section R complain ALL THE TIME about the band. Not sure what they are expecting , but it happens. I'm in section S and you literally can hear them fussing. I'm sure calls and emails have been made.

It's not about how many complains but who complains. Considering I've never purchased food or drink in the stadium, i thought all that was handled with all the food trucks in in the U

I think it's more important to entertain more people than what was happening in the prior 2 locations. By being in the endzone a much larger number of people will be able to SEE & HEAR the band. I'm not nearly as concerned about the "band battles" as I am about entertaining more people...especially us Aggies. Also, I don't believe most (if not all) of the CAA teams will be coming to the Bank, so it shouldn't be an issue very much.

Halftime is the entertainment portion for the band. Stands is for end of the quarter because you can't play / you have to get quiet once team breaks huddle and till ball is snapped
