Which coach has the greater pressure to win for the 2005-2006 year Coach Eaves or Coach Small.
I would think it would be Coach Small since football is the bigger beast for A&T plus we were spoiled with the championship two years ago.
I think Coach Eaves has now got us competitve with the other MEAC schools in BB and now we just need 2 good players and to pull out some close win

Good topic.
Small. That's a no-brainer, but Eaves is right, and I mean right behind him.
Whereas I think Eaves could get away with another losing record, I don't think it'll fly too far if Small has another one.

I'd say Small.
I think Eaves has a longer leash than you think, Doomsday, considering the trash he had to work with last year.

Small, without a doubt.
Eaves took over a team that almost went winless. The team has been very competitive this year, just hasn't gotten over the hump.
If Small goes under .500 this year, I don't see his contract getting renewed.

Eaves has not had a backward step. He has nothing to worry about because he has the inside players coming in to compete in this league.
I think a lot of pressure on Small eased when he hired a guy for an OC who frankly, IMO, is a way better than McNeill in crucuial on the line game decisions and more imaginative offensively and a proven acheiver over time coaching wise.
