Salmon finished 2nd to Howard runner in100 mh; men got 55 flat lead off leg and didn't qualify in 4x4 relay. Ran 3:20😩; Hodgest and Alexander were in some throws. Most Women runners ran at UNCC to get ready for CAAs

men got 55 flat lead off leg WTF? Our women run that! Sometimes runners have a Flat day, things like that happen . The bad part is you never know when it's your day 😆 or what stage you will be on 😆 |
