So they were having a house party at 6 PM on a Tuesday? That is what led to the shooting? I didn't see any mention of an arrest but hopefully they have a suspect. Its Aggie Fest week, parties all week and all times of day. On social media you can see pictures from people attending a party at the Cottages before the shooting. Homecoming the young lady was caught by a stray bullet from a shooting at a party too. This is beginning to remind me of CIAA in Charlotte, elements of our community not associated with the university will find a way to impact those striving for greatness. |

The early news broadcast(s) this morning mentioned there was a large group of people gathered outside in the general area when the shooting took place. It was drive-by with random spraying the place with bullets as it usually is 99% of the time in these off-campus shootings.

Idk if our Campus Police had anything to do with GPD watching this guy, or not. But in light of Edward Waters PD, checking their threat, and that subsequent Dollar Store shooting , that Officer should be recognized…
