I feel good about the choice of Coach Brown head coach position. I like his approach to discipline and training the players. Hopefully this Will result in better execution, fewer penalties and more victories...

Just the fact that he has already updated his twitter page should make a lot of Aggies around here happy! ðŸ¤

It's coming. Believe me. And it won't be subtle. Not in the least bit 😌

I'm just glad he didn't spell it "NCAT." LOL. Seriously though, I LOVE this hire and it's time to open the wallets as we prepare to elevate to a new level. Let the new chapter of Aggie football begin! Aggie Pride!!

I know that a few here were railing about staying within The Triad in recruiting players, and I know that is important. I certainly hope that we sign Jailen Hicks before he gets away. But personally, I don't care where super-talented kids come from...as long as they come and contribute...and we dominate.
But one thing that I like is that Coach Brown's W&M recruiting territory made him very familiar with high schools in The 757 and Central Florida, plus he's a native of Metro Atlanta. These can all work to our advantage in the future, IMHO.
And there are still plenty of very talented North Carolina players to snatch up, too.

I believe this is the first A&T head football coach who maintains his own social media page. We are indeed in a new era.

One of the most exciting aspects of this new hire is the ability to have a fresh set of eyes to look at how we've been doing things. Not only as a football program, but as an athletic department in general.
I hope everyone at A&T welcomes his outside perspective. Brown has some very unique professional experiences. This is the first time really since Broadway and Hilton both arrived in 2011 that we will have a new senior voice inside our athletic department.

Agreed, this is very exciting...I just hope the Aggie community is willing to listen. Track and Field...check, football...check...basketball...( ). We have a chance to reshape the program and remake it into something special if we really want to go down that road.
