Indeed, I ran across these last week. There's a lot going on in the background at A&T. I think this is a good blueprint. If we can follow this master plan the way we followed the one that brought the University to where we are now 20 years from now many of us will barely recognize the place.

It appears well thought out and addresses many of the facility concerns that have been openly discussed on this board and other. Our master plans from 10-15 years ago were closely followed, if that holds true there will be sections of campus that have been completely revamped or didn't even exist when most of us were in school. That's very exciting.

That's an impressive and aggressive plan over a two decade period. Was there a narrative that went with this, especially Phase 1? I'm interested in more detail; e.g. the R1 designations, Business Complex Addition, Corbett Renovation, to name a few.

Let me start the list of complaints: *Clears Throat* "I cant believe that there is no Hotel and Conference Center in the plans. This chancellor has not foresight and vision...I blame the Band and the YT AD!" /hj

We are taking housing away from low-income residents of the community we serve.

Well, y'all keep on complaining and I'll keep praying I live long enough to see all of these changes. A&T... Always doing, never done!
