First time ever seeing the BGMM seated in the endzone at a home game. I loved it. Simply loved it. And so did everyone else that was in attendance today for the game. I hope they make today's move permanent for next season.

Huge. Like night and day. It got a lot of people who ordinarily sit like they were in their living room watching paint dry up on their feet, hollering, cheering, dancing and fully involved in the game experience. Besides the sound is a million times better, louder, clearer, and it filled the entire stadium.

I hope every one that was there will echo those thoughts to the administration, Vice Chancellor of Student Affairs.

To that point Aggie One at least one third of the band's book next year should be "Old and Sexy" songs from the 70s, 80s, 90s, 00s. They can also be cut up into 10-15 second snippets to keep alumni fired up.

Great move, full disclosure ,I have season tickets ,right under the press box,but the only time I sit in my reserve seat is GHOE .And the reason is I usually sit somewhere in the horse shoe so that I can hear the band .When I'm in my reserve seat the sound travels straight across and it makes the sound seem like they're playing inside of a paper bag .I wasn't able to attend today's game but I watched online ,the difference in the sound was like night and day even online .As Aggie One stated the sound was louder, clearer, and you could feel the energy ,imagine a game where we have students on both sides of the band and everybody in the stadium is in a groove and the team is kicking butt .Little by little we are making our games a very good fun filled game day experience .Now if we move the camera to the visitors side that would make for the ultimate money shot for our online viewers and would dead the criticism of us lying about our attendance .
My only other pet peeve is when the announcer says ,it's third down can I get the Aggies to make some noise for our defense ,we start cheering and making noise ,but then when the other teams offense comes to the line of scrimmage we stop making noise ,LOL.The whole purpose is to disrupt their timing and make it difficult to communicate ,we need to keep the noise up until after the ball is snapped .The only requirement is for our band to stop playing ,not the home crowd .I want our games to be a true "Blue Death Valley" experience .Aggie Pride !!!

I'm sorry it's taking A&Troy far too long to come up here with his chest poked out about the BGMM seats this past weekend. I thought for sure he would have a full analysis of process to get that done

She championed moving them from the far side to where they are now. Based on a drawing by yours truly! At the time the endzone didn't make sense because we had a lot of visiting bands.

Three different conferences in three years so instead of seeing maybe 3 or 4 visiting bands back in the days of MEAC, we'll be lucky to experience more than just 1 or possibly 2 opposing bands in Truist Stadium, depending on the particular year and future football schedules going forward. We need to maximize the fine product that we have in the BGMM and the best way from both a crowd and increased TV exposure perspective, making that move to the endzone couldn't be anything else but beneficial.

Definitely. I love the move when there is no visiting band.
