I agree at the referee, I mean my God, you are standing right there. What is his job on that play? How he didn't see our receiver's foot well in bounds is beyond me. But, understanding that the refs are very rarely gonna be on our side will take another level of discipline as well. If there is something they can call against us, I assure you, they will. That was so obvious a touchdown! I though maybe the receiver bobbled the ball on the ground but no... he had full possession of the ball so what was the ref looking at? I guess he wasn't paying close attention and just missed the call.

Remember last year I mentioned that one of Coach Wash's failures was his inability to learn how this league is officiated coupled with the politics that comes with that. He and his staff either failed to understand or failed to hold their players accountable for what was taught.
We didn't help our cause with the way we handled media day. I also mentioned that Chancellor Martin's counterparts would not be so hospitable in that regard. And the league office (Kallander & team) was ok with us being knocked down a peg.
There are games beyond the game.

That's what burns me up...they are out there throwing flags every chance they get and when it comes time for them to make the right call they get it wrong. That's when they should be held accountable. Everyone can be held accountable even them. Also, you gotta understand the referees at our level are NOT great either. They are trying to grow in their profession as well. I've always said that the referees at our level will always throw more flags than at the ACC, SEC and Big Ten levels. Why...because, they are trying to prove themselves in the roles that they are in. I've seen where players in the aforementioned conferences will give a warning before they start tossing flags all over the place. And that's basketball as well.

FCS Football Review: Week 5 Takeaways Big South: Campbell, N.C. A&T ImpressBig South teams were off to a slow start this season, but the conference had its most impressive results to date in Campbell’s 48-18 pounding of previously unbeaten North Carolina Central and North Carolina A&T’s 24-13 win over Bryant in the first conference game. As Campbell opened a three-game homestand, Bryant Barr rushed for a career-high 135 yards and a touchdown. When the Camels (2-2) go back on the road, they’re have a brutal stretch of defending SWAC champion Jackson State and then N.C. A&T and Bryant. N.C. A&T has found more of a rhythm with Jalen Fowler at quarterback, running back Bhayshul Tuten is an emerging star (four straight 100-yard games) and the linebackers are keeping the defense strong. North Carolina A&T RB Bhayshul Tuten’s red-hot stretch: Sept. 10 at North Dakota State: 24 carries, 127 yards Sept. 17 at Duke: 13, 133 Sept. 24 vs. South Carolina State: 12, 140 (3 total TDs – 172 scrimmage yards) For the rest of the story: theanalyst.com/na/2022/10/fcs-football-review-week-5-takeaways-2/

Here's another one with a little bit of commentary. Looks like there was a postgame press conference.

If I can be petty for a second (speaking of unsportsman like penalties). Why would you give the Steph Curry 'put them the sleep' gesture in the 1ST QUARTER? i know the streaming video announcers stated that tuten gave the visitors the steph curry "put 'em to sleep" gesture but i don't remember it that way. this is the steph curry "put 'em to sleep" gesture; but i think tuten gave the bryant bench the "shush" gesture which means "shut da hail up!". this is the "shush" gesture that a lot of athletes give to the opposing fans and players. a lot of athletes nowadays use this gesture whenever they make a play that "quiets" the opposing fans and players;

Hmmm...5 turnovers and only 24 points. Not a great night for the offense.

I went back and saw it. I think that he did it to a player. ( I thought to myself that “the Reffs are calling this game tight). Because guys had been talking back and forth up to then. I guess that we will just have to have “Gravedigger “ Graves Plant a few more guys like The great Cartwright used to do.

Interesting: The MEAC Football Network (don't know if it's an official MEAC channel) recorded our game against Bryant. youtu.be/ZoJtav1JQ2c

Interesting: The MEAC Football Nwtwork (don't know if it's an official MEAC channel) recorded our game against Bryant. youtu.be/ZoJtav1JQ2cIt’s not an official channel. Also, my god people are insufferable in the comments. Mentioning the attendance the day after a literal Hurricane.
