What I can't believe is that we had 30,000 applications this year.

This information was released by A&T to the media. Yep. It's an estimate, however. Actual enrollment numbers won't be released until close to the Sept. BOT meeting.

Chancellor said on the Alumni Town Hall that the preliminary count has us trending towards 13,600 - 13,7000 students and the official headcount will be complete after registration is over (10 days after the first day of class) which is on August 31st

However, the Chancellor keeps putting that misinformation out to the public. Since he is the Chancellor, I would assume that he would know.

It's just like how many schools are publicizing their enrollments but no one will have final and official tallies until enrollment closes and an official headcount is taken. Either way, these ed professionals are probably taking counts daily and adding on or taking away individual enrollees due to financial aid. It's just the nature of the beast. And please don't take this as disdain into your commentary. 😇

It's great to see the growth of A&T. We are on our way to 20k I don't want us to get that big. Infrastructure has to catch up first. Martin said for now we are capping growth at 2-3% per year.

Parking will always frustrate students. It's no college in America with a decent parking situation
