According to this publication, the Men's Championship could come down to the 4x400(Similar to indoors). Ill share their predictions for the Aggie Athletes competing. Ross' Era Comes to an End This Week at NCAA Outdoor Nationals
The Aggies will try one more time to win a national championship under Ross.
 EAST GREENSBORO -- The numbers and accomplishments are staggering. As Duane Ross enters his final meet as the director of track and field programs at North Carolina A&T State University, he long ago cemented his legacy as a legendary figure in the history of A&T Athletics. But there is still more cement mixture to add. Ross wants to leave A&T with one more accomplishment. A national title. The Aggies are in Eugene, Ore., for the NCAA Outdoor Track and Field Championships at the University of Oregon's Hayward Field. The Aggies men's outdoor track and field team begins competition on Wednesday with the 4x100-meter relay team at 7:32 p.m. eastern standard time. The ladies get started with senior Paula Salmon competing in the 100-meter hurdles at 9:32 p.m. EST on Thursday. The men will again compete on Friday before the women wrap up the championships on Saturday. The A&T men have a shot at the title if everything goes as planned. They are ranked eighth nationally, and they sent 11 to compete in seven different events. The Aggies competing on the men's side are Rasheem Brown (110mh), Shemar Chambers (4x400), Malcolm Croom-McFadden (4x100), Javonte' Harding (100m, 200m, 4x100); Reheem Hayles (4x400), Brandon Hicklin (long jump) Akeem Lindo (4x400), Cory Poole (400mh), Aveon Reid (400mh), Randolph Ross Jr. (400m, 4x400, 4x100) and Tavarius Wright (4x100). On the women's side, Delecia McDuffie (400m), Grace Nwokocha (100m, 200m) and Paula Salmon (100mh) will compete. No matter what happens in Eugene this week, however, the journey Ross has taken the Aggies on the past 10 years has been a memorable one. Hopefully fresh legs in 4x4 will improve on that placement ... Only ROSS will have raced Where would you place Ross on the 4x4? I'm thinking anchor, but that would only work if the other runners could keep it close. I'm sure he's probably gona be 1st or 2nd leg. |

Second, puts us on or near the lead. The other runners avoid traffic and may run their PRs -- Lindo and Chambers didn't have have to avoid any traffic when they got the stick in the regionals .
