Most colleges don’t guarantee housing after freshmen year. The sooner folk gather an understanding of this the better off they’ll be.

But housing has been that way at A&T forever. You dont know if you have housing after freshman year until you actually have housing. I know its kind of scary because it was scary to me as well, but it works out for most that absolutely cant stay off campus.

Simple google search would show that A&T is not an outlier in this regard. The development of east Greensboro is critical to address this issue.

www.wxii12.com/article/ncat-university-students-protest-housing-concerns/39885683N.C. A&T issued the following statement in part Monday regarding students' demonstration and concerns: "North Carolina A&T State University is working toward housing a great many Aggies for the 2022-23 school year, as we and campuses across the country do every year. What sets A&T apart from those universities, however, is that we house a significantly higher percentage of our undergraduate students than our peers – 48.5% in the current school year. Other campuses average about 25% a year, according to data provided by campus housing professionals nationwide."

I thought "complaining about sh*t " was a standard course at all colleges. When I was at A&T we complained about the cafeteria food.

I don't even remember the cafeteria food. My diet consisted of:
1. Breakfast (on Saturday morning after a 2-6 at the Cosmos) 2. Bologna whopper from the union 3. Hot dogs from Big Jim at 10 pm 4. The occasional trip to the UNCG caf 5. A liter of Wild Irish Rose from Mom's 6. Whatever they gave us on away game trips 7. Another liter
I'm kind of glad there was no social media back then. LOL
