I have a question, how many times can you enter the transfer portal? I thought it was a one time transfer with immediate eligibility. Not as many as you want unless you were going the next time as a graduate transfer or you were transferring down.

I thought Harris had another year, too. I could be wrong. If history is any indicator, at least one player on that list will not return AND we will pick up a post player from the portal. Correction: More than one. Robinson is predictable.

Damn, Faith was one of my favorites. She got in the Robinson "doghouse" for some reason. It was obvious. That's a bad loss.

btw, jackson state's women's basketball team looked "great" against lsu at the "big dance", almost knocked lsu off on lsu's home court. reminded me of the lady aggies against nc state at the "big dance" except jsu kept the pressure on throughout the 2nd half. only loss by about 5 points but had a chance to win the game outright... In my opinion, JSU got robbed when up 10 (74-64) with about 5 mins left. LSU had the ball, fed it to their center who traveled but no call was made, she put up a shot that went in and a foul (4th) was called on JSU's center (best player) who then had to go to the bench. It took her off the court to guard LSU's center and not be an option on offense. The 10 pt lead was then 7 after the made and-1. If the CLEAR travel had been called, JSU would have gotten the ball with a 10 pt lead, a chance to go up 12 or 13 and run time off the clock. The JSU wheels basically fell off after that...turnovers, missed free throws, shots made by LSU. #Smh the game started getting very “chippy”, so the ref’s had to start calling fouls more “tightly” to calm down the unnecessary physical contact. unfortunately, that’s how jsu’s center (their best player) got her 4th foul and had to leave the game. had the game not gotten so “chippy”, jsu’s center probably would not have gotten called for that 4th foul because under “normal circumstances” that contact would’ve been considered “incidental contact” which most ref’s don’t consider a foul. to me, her getting that 4th foul probably costed jsu the game cuz lsu attacked the middle after she left the game and after she returned to the game, lsu had already taken over the momentum. so to me, the key was jsu’s center getting that 4th foul with only about 5 or 6 minutes left in the game...

I thought Blackstone started to hit her stride mid-season. To me her off-season plan should've been to get stronger. But, Coach Rob knows more than me. I wish her well, tough loss for us tho in my opinion.

Um, the travel occurred before the so-called foul. And I agree that her getting that foul was YUGE.

I can't remember the game but something happened, she went to bench and never came back in, didn't play for several games afterwards and only got a little run in a game or 2 at the end. Don't know what caused it.

Disappointing. I do recall asking on the site where is Faith, now it makes sense. At any rate, part of me hopes her and Coach can work it out and she remains an Aggie.

She better bulk up......too frail to me to play on the DI level. Furthermore, she doesn't move her feet very well on defense.

Fair assessment NSS, can't say I disagree. She's young and maybe immature, which could be the reason for the schism with Coach.

And I agree that her getting that foul was YUGE. the thing about traveling violations, they get missed all the time throughout a game and the only cost is a possession or a bucket. but unwarranted fouls are far more costly, especially when it's the 4th or 5th foul. nonetheless, i was impressed with jsu's team. i wish the lady aggies could've played them this season to see who is the better team... I wish her the best though. She's gone from Syracuse to A&T to ________. Sooner or later, before you start moving elsewhere, you need to sit down and do some introspection. To keep jumping from place to place without doing thorough self-inspection will prove to be a fruitless exercise. I hope she does this and is successful with whatever her next step is.

Not as many as you want unless you were going the next time as a graduate transfer or you were transferring down. The one-time transfer rule allows athletes to transfer to a different school one time during their career and play immediately without getting permission from their coach or school. Previously, athletes had to get permission from their current school and then sit out a year as a penalty for transferring. www.2adays.com/blog/8-faqs-about-the-ncaa-transfer-process/
