welp, hate to pat myself on the back but 4 or 5 years ago before our new track surface was installed, i predicted that once that new track went down we'd have a chance to win a national championship and nobody back then took it seriously. looks pretty serious now... It sounds like Ross was pretty disappointed with how the 4X400 team performed. Given how Jackson performed previously (as N1B stated above)... Coach Ross had every right to be disappointed. If the first leg is 46.6 instead of 47.9... the other legs aren't burning out in comeback mode and Jr. likely brings home the 'Ship. Coach Ross is the ultimate competitor...no doubt!

Man, I wish a couple of our other coaches had that kind of focus. The system is built for us not to succeed, so coaches and athletes have to have a different kind of intensity. Congratulations and the outdoor season is going to be fire!

Ross deserves more money. it would not matter he only here because he want to be here. Nonetheless we need to pay him the max amount our budget allow
