Has anyone heard or seen a decision about KSU and North Alabama. Are they still going to ASun.
Does Big South still have the scheduling alliance with ASun. Previously was reported we were supposed to play a Asun member every year.
This what I've got so far
1. Hampton 2. Campbell 3. Chuck South 4. GW 5. Monmouth 6. Robert Morris 7. Central 8. NSU 9. NDSU 10. TBD 11. TBD

If we're not obligated to play an ASUN opponent, I would prefer the last two slots be filled by an FBS school and a regional D2.

We'll be obligated most likely due to the original ASun/Big South agreement in place still. That deal becomes null and void once the ASun receives 6 teams. Now, they may still request the NCAA for an AQ waiver. We'll likely know for certain by May 1st. If it happens, we'll host Kennesaw State and travel to Huntsville, AL.

I don’t want to play in Madison Alabama, not appealing at all…

the team will also travel to long branch, new jersey and pittsburgh unless the bsc takes them off our schedule. so much for a "bus league"...

Wasn't thinking of it as just the money perspective. NDSU is not FBS. What is the purpose does it serve if not for the money? I want to be in a rotation where we are playing FBS opponents in our region on a yearly basis. Charlotte, Appalachian State, East Carolina, Coastal Carolina, James Madison, even Wake Forest, State or Carolina. One of them should be on our schedule each year would almost be a eight year rotation. It would serve the purpose of enhancing regional footprint and exposure. 2022 may be an anomaly, but by the time we rotate through those FBS schools, joining them at that level in 2030 may not be as far fetched as it seems right now from an on-field standpoint. I want to be around to see that happen in my lifetime and be able to enjoy it. And before westcoast says anything, I'm still working on that big check. LOL

Monmouth and Robert Morris are both football only members of the big south. They will be on the schedule i know that, but i wouldn't be surprised if the bsc took one of them off our schedule next season since our administration is always "crying" about travel costs and missed class time. wouldn't surprise me if they give rmu the boot from a&t's bsc schedule and replace them with cambell. personally, i don't think the bsc will do anything to make a&t or hampton very upset because they know it would only take a "phone call" for either school to rejoin the meac...

Pittsburgh is a 7 hour bus ride🧐, not bad for a revenue sport. I see you were quiet regarding the baseball schedule 🤷🏾♂️ And softball schedule 🤷🏾♂️

You have to drive through the mountains to get to Pittsburgh. That joint feels like 20 hours.
