He is the ex oficio head coach corrrect as I see it strucuctually administrative. Coach Broadway do not need this headache with Aggie Fannatics. If he was to engage in some capacity he should gwt paid like a consultants fee who aften times get paid for statating the obvious. Coach B roadway continue to enjoy your retirement for which you have earned for you have taken the path not chosen. What really needs to happen is for Ayantee Football to hibernate and welcome spring with a new mindset day one. In the meantime all players needs to be given a revised playbook as well as a physical regiment schedule diet etc. including a daily mile run. Running backs need to do springs during their mile run. All need to be in the weight room. hail, 1 mile ain't nothing for a college athlete, especially during the offseason. 8 miles sounds more appropriate... Sent from my SM-G950U using proboards

That's a run.

That's a run. Coach Neely had the track team run from the practice field to Bimbow Road to Julian Street hang a left going through the tunnel under the interstate Dudley's high school track field to practice . On the way back Russell Woodard and I and a few other Sprinter's we would take take a alternative route coming back . Julian hang a left to Broad Ave to THE HILL to Asheboro st right to Julian back to Bimbow rd and back to the field house. That was a good run after practice especially that Hill to Asheboro st on Broad Ave lol . Ask OSA 😆

Not disagreeing with anybody here just that the players got to get conditioned and be ready so they wont have to get ready.

Not disagreeing with anybody here just that the players got to get conditioned and be ready so they wont have to get ready. How do you think I learned that route . I ran that in HS, especially that Hill on Broad Ave. Kids now days have it easy . I never got out of shape . I the summers I worked on my Grandparents Farm in Whiteville. The first time I stepped in a weight room was in the summer of 72 and maxed out at 320lbs at 168lbs from all that Fram work 😆 It was a year-round thing with my crew . Kids now days ( as my boys and I call them ) Cosmetically sculptured Strong . The true athletes understand that it is more to Strength and Conditioning then just the weight room to stay in shape year round for any sport. Hell I was doing all the right thing and didn't even no it but we called it PLAYING 😆 Hand eye coordination, Speed and Technique training RUNNING Sprint neighborhood races, flexibility swimming races at Windsor Center , Hand Speed and eye coordination( Playing Jacks with your Sisters, Slap Boxing and sometime actual Fights lol 😳 But all the Conditioning in the world will not give you the thing that will make you a good to great athlete, and that is UNSELFISH DESIRE. From MY view point this years team had to many SELF-SERVING INDIVIDUALS. And that's without the VISIBLE DISCIPLINARY PROBLEMS. And I have a list of the players that will more then likely INTER THE PORTAL and seems like I'm point on, oh the kicker punter wasn't on it but , it's progressing just right . The ones that stay ,starter or Backups may turn-out to be the Heartbeat of this team going forward. Because we know that they want to be at T and they have tasted the pain of losing. They should come back with a Chip on there shoulders and Washington and his staff should feel exact same.

I saw Coach Broadway send a player straight to the locker room, he didn't even get to the sideline. I don't recall seeing that from Coach Washington for similar incidents. any chance we can talk coach broadway out of retirement? yeah, i know, probably not. i've seen pictures of him since he retired and he appeared to be quite happy in each one of them. given what we experienced this season, i miss him more now than ever before... It speaks volumes that there is a conversation about a man building the same team twice!!!

Coach Neely pass the baton young Thompson because he knew that Thompson would lay the corner stone the rejected stone for Aggie track and field. The results of that corner stone are Coach Neely's dream fulfilled. I will pause here for the moment. But brothers wow y'all talking about commando training special ops hot damn. Ain't mad at you. If the team listen to your advice they will win the Big South next year and i ain't blowing smoke. PBUH for Coach Neely.

I guess in this conversation, the one thing you cannot give a kid is DESIRE! That's a trait that they must have in order to be successful because, with it the sky is the limit but, without it they are doomed! I will never understand today's athlete mindset...the team that you were on wasn't successful so you quit and go into the transfer portal. Do your part to bring the program back to where it needs to be.

I applaud these graduate transfer kids. If they are now a graduate of North Carolina A&T, that's good enough for me. The COVID year gives them an opportunity to go and reboot their football dreams with a degree in hand.
