So, if I get really lucky and hit the lotto for 5 million dollars and I give T $500,000, I can get a building or War Memorial Stadium named after me?
Damn!

Point of clarification before ya'll go down a rabbit hole. The field house "complex" is named after Irwin Belk whose nonprofit foundation donated the seed money to build it. Even though the it is called the Irwin Belk Athletic Center, the track never received such a designation. Johnson's philanthropy was rewarded by naming the actual track itself after him. It's no different than the Ellis F. Corbett Center with a separate designation of the basketball court itself after our late basketball coaches Cal Irvin and Don Corbett.
It is my understanding that the money will go toward some additional scholarships and track program improvements.

I thought the Fieldhouse was named after Joseph and Kateleen Bryan.
Isn't it still the Bryan Fieldhouse?

It's Joe and Kathleen Bryan. About the other - The Belk family conglomerate funded several startup tracks at various universities throughout the southeast not just A&T back in the late 80's and the 1990's - JC Smith, Elon, Charlotte (UNCC) just to name a few.

Maxell, I love our football field. I like the natural turf and the tradition of playing on real grass. To me that is the correct form of turf to play on.
However, with my new found fortune,I would make sure the field was in good shape and "Football Green".
