Did the band make the trip this past weekend? I have not seen any clips of them.

Is it the same reason they didn't go to Hampton? And are they going to SCSU this weekend?

Given what the brutally cold wet weather was like in Charleston last week, not going to CSU actually worked out better for the kids. Now this week the weather will by 70 degrees and sunny in Orangeburg at kickoff and the band will be definitely going. They never miss any chance going up against SCSU's 101.

if the bgmm had gone to csu, where would they have sat? on the home side? cuz there's not enough seats available for the bgmm on the visitors side...

Lack of seating for the BGMM was the issue the first year we played there. Although the rain and wind probably kept the crowd small enough last week that they could have found a seat on the home side. But that's not ideal. Plus I think the band was saving their travel budget for the SC State game. Halftime should be awesome because the BGMM has had two weeks to work their magic at practice. Gonna blow State out the stands!

i luv it when the bgmm partakes in a "battle of the bands" the traditional way with the opposing band...

i luv it when the bgmm partakes in a "battle of the bands" the traditional way with the opposing band... The "traditional" way is not just in the stands. It's face to face, nose to nose, section to section. It's a lost art.
