So does anyone know what event Akeem Sirleaf is running in? I though it was the 200 meters, but I didn't see him on the start list He qualified back in 2019 but did not go to Tokyo. Liberia only sent 4 athletes this year and he was not one of them. |

Yes could someone confirm whether Ross is in the 4x4 relay or not? We'll learn in the next 24 - 36 hours. There are a couple of wild cards. Will he be mentally ready to run. How will Trevor's performance in the mixed relay figure in? They could run a different team in the semis than they do in the finals. Also, one of the 400m hurdlers may run the relay also. We'll see. |

My feelings is both Ross and Trevor will run on the 4X4 if they want to win Gold . |

The American men Didn't place in the 400m final. Winning time was 43.85. Wow, is it the weather effecting our runners that train in Cali? Maybe they aren’t acclimated to the humidity🤷🏾♂️ |

After the American men did not place in the 4x100, one of the commentators said part of the problem is that our teams come together for the first time at the Olympics. Most of the other countries teams run together all year, sometimes several years

Most of the other countries teams run together all year, sometimes several years If our guys run, we’ll somewhat neutralize that advantage in the 4x400. Put Randolph as the 2nd leg and Trevor as the Anchor. It’ll be the East Regionals all over again. |

We don’t take it serious, something is broken and it’s that these athletes go back home after the trials and don’t see each other again until the Olympics. After the trials the relay teams should be training together 🤷🏾♂️. They had a month to practice and set the line up but they chose not to. |
