They are in the corner now. I actually like their location The problem with them being in the corner is that many can't see or hear them...band and students. They are surrounded by students on both sides tho. When I marched we were on the back end of stadium. I like the configuration. Actually makes band apart of the crowd

Correct me if I'm wrong . Are not the students entrance fees to the game paid by their Student Activity fees and they get in free ! If that is the case all A&T needs is a body count . You want more students at the games you have to give them a reason to be at the game because the sideline step shows the band/ Dolls and the game it not cutting it anymore . You have a frigid crowd except doing homecoming , we have no go to chanting to get the crowd involved like at Tuskegee , Southern hale basically most of the SWAC schools do . But I keep forgetting like someone said " A&T is a Wine and Cheese Crowd " which is another word for semi boring in my opinion. You want students then give them something. Back in the day the stands would be rocking. Correct! But a part of me thinks that they don't care because they will get the money rather they show up or not. Students now also have to go online and register for tickets. SWAC atmospheres are exciting and we need help! lol. In the HBCU world, our university and name is too big for those gameday numbers. You do realize the SWAC doesn't care about football right.

If you sit in the reserved section (40 to 40 or whatever it is) the band can barely be heard the further away you are from it and definitely can't be seen. The band in the endzone allows everyone to see AND hear them along with the students on both sides of them. They'll still be a part of the crowd...just in the endzone.

The proximity of the games make for an Easy Aggie takeover of most of these stadiums. The band seating will be tricky sometimes though. I see A&T changing the Big South travel culture and teams start to travel more once they see how we do it. It's possible.

Dont thank me all at once, LOL.

I hate to be the one to rain on your parade but are the Aggies fans really interested in Big South opponents? Ask Hampton!

I've also heard that Campbell fans are small but rowdy and travel in small rowdy packs. They not large enough to really help with attendance but hey, better than nothing. What is the definition of large?

Aggie football is about A&T and that's it. The rest is just gravy. Was waiting on someone to say this. Been the most frustrating thing people brushed over in the past year of the big south announcement. People think they’re losing a certain atmosphere with the MEAC that simply did not exist for us anymore, ESPECIALLY among students. Most students can’t even name half of the MEAC schools right now on the spot without help. All of the conference games had lost energy except maybe SCSU. Howard didn’t even travel as good i thought they would for GHOE, with a years worth of hype surrounding the atmosphere. Even NCCU was going to be bad in coming years and only seemed rowdy at their stadium which seats Pop Warner games. If anything, we at least have a clean slate with the BS to try to build engagement that was dead and likely never coming back with most MEAC teams.

People think they’re losing a certain atmosphere with the MEAC that simply did not exist for us anymore, students don't buy "season tickets", they only pay an activity fee. so who cares what the students think? they're gonna pay the same activity fee "regardless" of who a&t plays...

Aggie football is about A&T and that's it. The rest is just gravy. Guys, y’all can get mad with me, but this is the point that I’ve been preaching for several years now.
We have got to entice a solid block of 20,000 fans (season-ticketholders, single-game ticket buyers and students) to come out each and every time we open the gates at Aggie Stadium TO SEE THE AGGIES PLAY…regardless of the opponent.
Until we accomplish that, we won’t ever get to gravy.
