A series with Bama State alone would be super pleasing. Their stadium is legitimate FBS group of 5 level, their fanbase is great, and they would be way more competitive on the field than MSU, Howard, NSU, etc. and we would open ourselves to Alabama recruits. It’s a no-brainer. TSU as well I like these points. I think NSU is a good regional matchup and they seem to be committed to building a strong athletic program, so this should be competitive in the future. Matchups with the Alabama schools, FAMU, TSU, JSU, and Southern are appealing. I want PV because we owe them one. I also like Howard and Morgan for all the reasons folks have mentioned. no-brainer to me. Bama State because of the fanbase and great facilities and AAMU because of the competitive ball and a potentially rivalry thru Connell Maynor. And like you said, AL/MS recruits. Much rather have them than up north kids to be honest

Imo not really interested in playing the Bama SWAC schools. But I can see the points. I don't think they would really travel here

So what you mean is that Aggie Donors in Maryland and DC are gonna stop donating because it's no game in their state? those are "your words", not mine. dude, please spend your time speaking for "yourself", cuz you can't possibly speak for "me"... Out of sight out of mind right?

The way scheduling is shaping up is in my opinion promising. We are playing HBCUs within driving distance allowing us to maximize our in game experiences. The new conference affiliation with added media content exposure helps us to consistently have our name out there. I'll be honest, if we continue on this trajectory as long as we continue performing at a high level we are going to have our cake and eat it too. Exactly. Our AD is the best. He's scheduling has been great

Who cares how many people that they bring?? I want to get to the point where we only have 750 tickets per game saved for them to purchase...and if they don't buy them by Thursday night, we put them back on sale to the general public on Friday morning.
We've got to MARKET and PROMOTE, and get fans coming out to see the Aggies play whatever teams shows up!

Maynor coming home and bringing a high powered offense with him would bring excitement from our fanbase. That's a game I'd want to see as part of my season ticket package.

I don't think our fanbase would care that A&M is coming here to play. If they bring their band then possibly, but from a football perspective no. The Maynor angle would be nice but I don't see the causal football fan saying let me go to Greensboro to see A&T vs Bama A&M. It's alot of options around us

after the game the Chapter would feed the team at the Old Alumni House Those are great memories! The alumni really showed a lot of love to us youngsters that came through. I didn't appreciate it then, but I do now as many of those old Aggies are ancestors now. Thank you all past and present. ..and BTW the food was good, too! Auntie anem put dey foot in it.

WOW! You mean there are preferences other than Howard not on future schedules? VA's Finest, it looks like you need to queue up "Never Satisfied" again!

Yes, and playing DMV schools does well for recruitment while having a grand total of *checks notes* TWO guys from that area on the roster. And have absolutely NONE on the roster the last time we stepped on a field. The main team that has DMV athletes on their roster is track, and at this point they’re gonna come regardless they know who A&T is. Opening yourself up to an actual good football state with competitive schools and great facilities for our fans < going to Baltimore and DC playing in 30 degree weather and beating them by 70 for the next decade after leaving the MEAC and having 3k fans in the building (2,781 of them being A&T fans in the first place)
