Robinson will start his best defensive team not his best offensive one. If any of the new additions are one dimensional, they will come off the bench in a good way similar to how Winters did in her Junior year. For example, I can see McNeil in that role scoring 15-20 off the bench.

By my account, we are currently two players over the limit of 15 plus Scott, unless I am missing something.

Grad transfers will not count toward your scholarship limit next season - an extension of the Covid rules that were put in place last spring.

Will this Fall's team be better than the 2010 team that beat Wake Forest 79-43 in the first round of the WNIT? They had just lost in the MEAC Tournament and was mad as hell. This was Tweet Cook's senior year and featured a freshman from Fayetteville name Amber Calvin. Also on that team was a Junior forward ESPN top 100 player that is a current assistant coach Jaleesa Sams. We all remember that game, but do we remember that team. ncataggies.com/sports/womens-basketball/roster/2009-10n

I definitely think this current team, as it is composed, has the potential to be better than that team and perhaps any of our previous teams. The potential height and depth on this team seems unparalleled for me in recent memory. But potential is just that until it is proven.

It's so funny that we're now arguing over whether this team will be in the Top 25. Not conference champions, not 14 seed, not at large, but top 25. Where's my popcorn for sure? We're so finicky, but I like it. It's the Aggie way. LOL I'm kinda excited. Charlie Creme,ESPN's Women's Basketball bracketologist, early 21/22 tournament teams has High Point out of the Big South and Morgan out of the MEAC, both 16th seeds. I think we are going to surprise a lot of people next year.
