That why I think we will play NCCU in the semi since the Northern 2nd place team will be rusty against NCCU Yep, if it's Coppin or NSU their last scheduled game was Feb 28th. I definitely wouldn't bet against NCCU.

It's a couple things in this world you don't bet against.
- Brady in the Superbowl - Izzo in March and
- Moton in the MEAC tourney

COLLEGE BASKETBALL: Bulldogs' regular season canceled; tournament uncertainOrangeburg Times & Democrat March 5, 2021 9:17 AM
The South Carolina State men’s basketball team has canceled its two remaining regular-season games due to COVID-19 contact tracing, consistent with the NCAA COVID-19 management requirements and guidelines.
The Bulldogs were scheduled to play N.C. A&T State on March 3 and 4 in Greensboro, N.C., both with a 6 p.m. start, but were forced to cancel the contests.
“As we all are aware COVID-19 has presented challenges for the world over the past year, unfortunately we could not avoid it while our season (is something left off here),” said S.C. State head coach Murray Garvin. “The stops, cancellations, quarantining and rescheduling of games never allowed our young team to gain any rhythm and momentum from one game to the next and especially during the Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) slate of January-March.”
With the season in jeopardy of coming to an end due to the pandemic, Garvin and the Bulldogs, along with MEAC officials, are assessing the situation and are hopeful they will get a chance to participate in the MEAC Tournament March 7-11 in Norfolk, Va., at the Scope Arena...

I think Central is toast this year! Never count those buzzards out. I think there coach sandbags during the season just so he can surprise folks in the tournament.

Nah....Molton has “Hayes like” characteristics when it comes to breaking down opponents...he studies film intensely to identify your weaknesses and then put in a game plan to exploit them...

I’m glad we’re getting a beaten up Central or Norfolk squad after resting up. I’m pretty sure Coach Jones would be throwing some new wrinkles at the winner of that game.

The one thing NCCU doesn't have this year is a "dominant" big man. As a result, I think it will be their downfall against Norfolk.

No one is ready for our defense. And these were teams that had seen it more than once.
Also, FAMU is dangerous.
It’s Tournament Week. Our adversity may sharpen our focus. We need to Dance!
What are the Women doing?

NSU Women 26 to 23 over the Coppin Women @ the half. Btw, my favorite announcer The Great Charlie Neal ( with Former Coach Cy Alexander, has the call.
Now I’m missing Spencer Gywnn calling Aggie Football, while sitting in Scott Hall...

i'm waiting for the nccu/morgan state game at 2pm, we play the winner of this game tomorrow. i primarily wanna see what morgan looks like since we've already beaten nccu 4 times this season, plus morgan beat us last year shortly after cc went down with her acl injury...
