We only gave up 26 points in the second half. There was a much better defensive effort in the second half, which led to SC State’s lower 3pt% and 25 turnovers.

FAMU is on the clock. SCSU is still a low key Rival.
We need to open up our gym a little. Dang, some upper deck. To push this team.

Hate to be the wet blanket but yesterday I said SCSU was possibly the worst team in the nation and I standby that statement. Yet we struggled to win on what was pretty much a neutral court? Glad for the win but still disappointed in how this team is performing.

They have scholarship players too

all wins are good wins, especially on the road. hard to beat the same team 2 games in a row on their home court. coach really had to guard against a "letdown" since we had just beaten that team by double digits the night before...

Again, I’m glad that I’m following you guys. Someone great once said, “All wins are good wins!” This was a good win!
What is crazy is that ESPN has us losing today! Go figure. 🤷🏾♂️
Ok...celebrate and get ready for the next set of games.

It doesn’t get easier. And it’s tricky getting IN games. With covid. Really this team finally got a chance to practice... and with all the guys it seems.
Nothing will be easy this year. At least we closed out the game by hitting our FT’s during money time.

We had no business losing this game but that did not mean a win was gone come easy!!!!! Playing same team back to back is hard just like it’s hard to beat a team 3 times in one season.
On the positive note looks like Blake Harris train is starting to roll ......19 yesterday and 17 today while taking care of the ball.
The FAMU game next week will say a lot as they have some real talent But we had to get these two games in the W column first

I'm just glad the first round of MEAC games were able to be completed without any COVID setbacks.
We have 10 more games remaining in the regular season and we dont have a lot of room on the schedule for postponements.

Open up the upper deck of the Gym some. And say “ stay in your corner, but wild out”.
