I've jokingly said the MEAC champ in basketball will have played a total of 15 games. The league may end up not having a tournament but just awarding the team with best winning percentage and least COVID-19 issues the AQ and be done with it, if we send representation at all. They keep postponing games but eventually you will run out of time to make them up. I don't think we want a situation where a team has to play 5 games in five days just to be eligible. This has disaster written all over it.
Which means the same scenario could play out in football with the MEAC not having a team playing enough games to be eligible for FCS playoffs. And its not like there's other FCS teams around just waiting to play, we are all in same boat trying to squeeze a 4 game schedule into a 6 week span amidst a pandemic.
This will be interesting.

I just love seeing O-Linemen, at the 2nd level, still cleaning someone’s clock for the running back.
I still remember Tarik @tulsa having an Lineman catching up with him ( after a cut- back or a reverse of field), an gladly laying Wood for him.

Hell, that's called being Alabama.
His mind is made up. Most everybody on the page has a pet topic they can't be persuaded from no matter what data you put in front of them. O-line height is his. Let him have it.

Also, see Coastal Carolina's offensive line this past season. They weren't overwhelming in size but, they worked together well as a unit. This old white guy that coached in the old days was telling me...you don't have to have the biggest or fastest players on the line. You just have to have them firing off the ball at the same time and working together as a unit. He coached my daughter's high school that won the state in '14. Every defensive line they faced in the playoffs were bigger but, they as he called it, "Chopped the wood," and by midway the 3rd quarter they were dominating the other team. They won each playoff game by at least 30 points, at which, they will administer a running clock in high school.

Hell UF had Bama on the ropes until there OC started making butt head call's. Like I said Quickness, Aggression and Determination .
