CGC missed earnings by a factor of two and is still up $4+ today. Here's WhyMarijuana Legalization Is Now in Sight. Here's How to Play It With Options. -- Barrons.com BY Dow Jones & Company, Inc. — 10:44 AM ET 02/09/2021 A trio of U.S. senators has given investors the green light to invest in marijuana stocks, an endorsement that suggests the volatile sector might finally blossom into something as acceptable and regulated as alcohol. More details will emerge when Sens. Cory Booker (D., N.J.), Ron Wyden, (D., Ore.), and Chuck Schumer (D., N.Y.) introduce legislation to legalize and tax marijuana."In the early part of this year, we will release a unified discussion draft on comprehensive reform to ensure restorative justice, protect public health and implement responsible taxes and regulations," they announced Feb. 1 in a joint statement. The marijuana sector has, naturally, advanced higher. The sector proxy, the ETFMG Alternative Harvest exchange- traded fund , has seemingly entered a new, higher trading range. The ETF holds 35 stocks, including Aphria (APHA) , Canopy Growth (CGC) , and GW Pharmaceuticals (GWPH) . The fund has about $1.4 billion under management, which makes it the largest ETF that targets the global cannabis industry.

Yea, I got back in with a small position in CRON this time. Let's see what happens, I'm hearing background noise about a Reddit push.

Think the Reddit thing is true.......believe it is hitting TLRY hard now....I no longer own a position but have some APHA stocks so I have some exposure. Plus TLRY and APHA are merging ....suppose to be .84 share for every 1 share of TLRY.... Short squeeze may be on with TLRY also....

I got you Aggie77 . Those are on the higher end. Still riding low are the airlines and cruise lines. May seem odd now, but people WILL start to travel regularly again at some point in the future. I personally am taking the risk to buy low and ride them until they inevitably rise again. An alternative to Autozone is O'Reilly (ORLY). They closed at $456.87 today. However, any one of the auto parts stores seem to be fairing well due to the pandemic. Most folks are trying to maintain the transportation they have versus buying new. Just my 2 cents. @ diaspora. Just looking at the bigger picture though hermano. As far as Sunpower is concerned, I thought it was a seasonal cycle at first due to historical data. Now I'm not so sure. Here again, the pandemic may have something to do with this in my humble opinion. Plus renewable energy is a focus of the new administration.

Some strange pump and dump stuff going on with TLRY, it seems.
I got burned holding AMC and I and going to be cautious with the weed stocks. I don’t want want to be burned by a roach,

So can anyone give guidance on cryptocurrency? More specifically how to fund it if banks have blocked those purchases and refuse to work with entities such as Coinbase.

Man, I wish I hadn't gone back in the Mary Jane stock!
Jumia Technologies (JMIA) - on 11/24 closed at $30.40, trading around $32.36 today, closed at $65.51 on 2/10/2021. Indicators project another upward trend.
Brookfield Renewable Partners (BEP) - on 11/24 closed at $40.52, trading around $39.26, has been lower, highpoint seems to $49.36 on 1/22/2021, but three straight earning misses ain't looking good.
Direxion Work From Home ETF (WFH) - on 11/24 closed at $58.96, trading around $70.55 today, Has been as high as $75.92. Winner, winner chicken dinner.
Who's trading what or has ideas where the trend is?

Who's trading what or has ideas where the trend is? $JMIA paid me pretty good too. Right now, I’m still working on energy/oil stocks but the major movement was in $AMC. That whole Reddit/meme stock trade blew up fast the past week or 2z
