Speak for yourself.
If they are reading the room of my home office right now, 100 percent of the people here want to play this Fall.
(Granted, three other people down the hall are firmly against the idea.)

You'd be surprised at how often there is a pandemics clause in contracts and how it does not necessarily give you relief. If we signed a contract for travel arrangements and lodging we potentially lose money there as well.

Still in the voluntary workout phase. Practice was tentatively scheduled to start on July 31st. I think I know where we're headed with this fall's sports and probably how and why but I'll let it play out and see what officially comes out those meetings on Monday.

I don't want to feed the narrative that we may play football this fall (we shouldn't, IMO) but...the Big South football media day is the same day, I believe. Coincidence? Perhaps...

Putting this all together, Betting odds are we are playing football in the Fall with a Big South Schedule. I’ll be shocked if that’s not the case.

We would be the only HBCU in the entire east coast playing football. All HBCU media coverage would be focused on us🧐.

If we end up playing a fall schedule and things go sideways for a few of our players, coaches or staff members, we could find ourselves in a helluva a bad situation, both financially and PR-wise.

Tough decisions will be made next week. No matter what’s decided, we’re caught between a rock and a hard place.

Things will get messy as schools cancel games but not their full seasons.
