Are these guys Trump supporters? All kidding aside, I hope they all have a mild version of the virus and shake it off quickly.

No matter how much we "wish" to get our lives back to "normal," this damn virus is still "alive and well" all around us. We can ignore it, pretend it's gotten weaker or think it's not a big deal but, if you have pre-existing health issues, it can make you extremely sick or kill you.
Let's all be extra careful out here. Hell, I got "lifetime" tickets to A&T Football games and I plan to keep using them until I'm 100...99 and one half won't do!

My cousin goes to T. She just said 14 people just tested positive in her dorm. She lives in Pride. So its up to 14....not 8. Thankfully she tested negative.

Is the testing mandatory or do the students have to request one?

It's mandatory. If students refuse to be tested they get kicked out of the dorm (per my cousin).

At the time Trump was promoting the hydroxy crap he was promoting herd immunity, it was shot down, he gives all HBCU’s free test, yet via the media it’s the PWI’s who are having outbreaks, not one HBCU had announced a outbreak, he comes out of his quarantine praising the cocktail given to him and he wants everyone to have it he says don’t be afraid of COVID-19 when people of color are the largest group dying from the virus, beware of the TROJAN HORSE! This the same guy who paid for a full page ad wanting The Central Park Five electrocuted even after they were proven innocent. www.wsj.com/articles/use-of-coronavirus-rapid-tests-may-have-fueled-white-house-covid-19-cluster-experts-say-11601855665

UNCG Women's Basketball team announced a cluster of 5+ this week also. This is the first week of real practice for everyone.

i am sooooooooooooooooo glad that we didn't have anything like covid when i was an undergrad. i can't even imagine what social life would've been like had covid existed during my undergrad days.
before covid came into play, i always felt that the worst time to be an aggie undergrad was during the days of the "27 game losing streak". and not just because of the football team, but just about every sports team that we had during that era was "gawd awful" except for women's basketball and "occasionally" the baseball team.
to be honest, i don't know if i would've had the "discipline" as an undergrad that i have now as an adult to protect myself from infection. would've been tough to avoid parties and contact with female coeds had covid been around during my undergrad days...
