Like I indicated earlier they're not even in the discussion. No plans on scheduling them anytime soon. If we go this year with no ticket revenue, everything should be discussed.

We don't need wssu to generate revenue. Besides who wants to open the home and home debate again? Lastly who knows how attendance and seating capacity will be affected when we come out of this pestilence?

Umm, that game would be the 2nd highest attended for the season and would bring in the 2nd most revenue 2. No debate, either they play at Aggie Stadium or the game isn't played 3. I'm specifically talking about after the pandemic and everything back to "normal". If that normal is 75% capacity, then there will be just more demand for those tickets.

Also Hayes is no longer there so negotiations should be different . Like it or not WSSU is a money game for A&T . Having NCCU, WSSU along with the Homcoming gives A&T 3 sellout games and throw in a money FBS game that's a good chunk of Revenue right there .

I know you meant normally, but this year with No homecoming or NCCU game. It would the the HIGHEST attended for this season and bring in the most revenue.

Ain't these games highly attended for the social aspect? If we're trying to put the kibosh on how many people we have at gatherings for safety's sake in the first place, does attendance matter? And do you really want to have a game with the risk of a bunch of people milling around on campus putting them at risk?
To me the best case schedule scenario is to start planning for next year and figure out who's willing to stay an extra year and who's like "I'm outta here."

If in fact the MEAC does not cancel the fall season or decides to go with a spring football season. I did just a little bit of projecting of what that might look like, not in any particular order or preference, but just on the existing conference only slate of games. If by chance there is a fall conference only season, it could start by no later than mid September and it would still be over before Thanksgiving Week and the end of the semester.
However, from what I'm seeing around the country with the dramatic uptick in new cases and hospitalizations, especially in the South and on the West Coast, the obstinance of about a third of the population refusing to adhere to any health regulations or safeguards, coupled with the staggering ineptitude and belligerence of this current administration, I foresee all fall sports being a complete wash and I'm not really confident about the spring being any better. Even with a change in the White House, I think it'll be the middle of next summer at the earliest before we see any competitive team sports return.
But for the sake of discussion here it goes:
Week 1 SC State at Florida A&M
Howard at Bethune-Cookman
Morgan State at NC Central
North Carolina A&T at Delaware State
Week 2 Norfolk State at North Carolina A&T
Florida A&M at NC Central
Bethune-Cookman at Morgan State
Delaware State at SC State
Week 3 Howard at Norfolk State
NC Central at Bethune-Cookman
Morgan State at Delaware State
SC State at Morgan State
Week 4 Bethune-Cookman at Norfolk State
Florida A&M at North Carolina A&T
Delaware State at Howard
Week 5 North Carolina A&T at Howard
NC Central at Delaware State
Morgan State at Florida A&M
Bethune-Cookman at SC State
Week 6 Norfolk State at Morgan State
SC State at North Carolina A&T
Florida A&M at Delaware State
Howard at NC Central
Week 7 SC State at Howard
Delaware State at Bethune-Cookman
NC Central at Norfolk State
Morgan State at North Carolina A&T
Week 8 Delaware State at Norfolk State
Florida A&M at Howard
North Carolina A&T at Bethune-Cookman
NC Central at SC State
Week 9 Howard at Morgan State
Norfolk State at SC State
Bethune-Cookman vs. Florida A&M
North Carolina A&T at NC Central

Oh I agree but its still out there being discussed and kicked around by most of the FBS and FCS Division 1 conferences. If these universities do open these campuses to residency, they'll most likely at least attempt to go forward with an abbreviated season. If they decide to close them down like they did in March and do on-line instruction only then its see you later in the spring for sports.

Sticking with my prediction that the first MEAC on-field competition for the 2020-2021 academic season will be BASEBALL and SOFTBALL.
