Now they start making adjustments to help the schools reduce their expenses. This will help some.

Now they start making adjustments to help the schools reduce their expenses. This will help some. With A&T , FAMU and Hampton exiting the conference it may reduce travel some what but BCU will still be the odd man out .

Too little...too late!
He had some stuff in-place back in 2006 (divisional set up in almost all sports, reduced number of team coming to the MEAC Basketball Tournament) and never implemented it.

Hopefully, the MEAC can get out of the "funk" or "muck" they are stuck in, and get some new leadership from the younger more energetic CEOs. The CEOs are led by Howard's President Dr. Wayne Frederick. They should take a stronger leadership role by hiring a world class sports operational management team that can totally reorganize the conference. Put some money in this effort.
