i heard turkin say during coach washington's aggie podcast interview that if you order purchases from amazon, amazon will donate 5% of all your purchase costs to the "aggie athletic foundation"! heck, i use amazon "a lot"! so i went to smile.amazon.com, logged in, and then searched for the "aggie athletic foundation" as my default charity so that from now on everything i purchase on amazon, the aaf will get 5% of the cost. please see my screen print above. well, as much as i use amazon, within any given year that could add to "hundreds of dollars" from me going to the aaf because sometimes i purchase big ticket items from amazon such as appliances and tv's. so everybody who purchase items from amazon should definitely do this! its an "easy" way to donate to the aaf!

I have been signed up for several months now. However the donation is 0.5%, not 5.0%. Either way, I wish this would have been advertised more by the school or AAF. Think I saw it in one of the AAF news letters.

ALSO, it's only on ELIGIBLE items. There will be a message saying the item is ELGIBLE. STILL we need to sign up! I have! Aggie Pride! #AggiesDo #AggiesAllIn

Aggie Pride! #AggiesDo #AggiesAllIn yes, that's correct. i made a purchase yesterday and indeed it was marked "eligible" for aaf donation. i think its really cool that now when i log in to amazon, at the top of the screen it displays "aaf of nc a&t" as my default charity. the aaf needs to do a better job of spreading the word about this because just as myself, i'm sure there's plenty of aggies across the country who already purchase items from amazon on a regular basis. had i not watched coach washington's aggie podcast i would've never known about it. just a couple of weeks ago i purchased a brand new oven for my kitchen and a new tv from amazon, wish i had known about it back then...

welp, made another amazon purchase today, bought new wireless keyboards and mice. upon checking out, there was a display that said that a donation would be made to the "aaf". so it states which items are eligible for donations and it confirms upon checkout when donations are made to the aaf...
