With all the major concerns around the Coronavirus and the disruptions it has caused , I thought it might be interesting to project into next season considering how 2020 ended. This is based on the assumption that things will be back to near normal by the next school year. As near as I can tell the Ladyaggies 20/21 potential roster looks as follows: Sara Aumer 6'4 C/F Zikeyah Carter-Ranson 6'5 C Sean Kelly Darks 5'8 PG D'Mya Tucker 5'11 G Crystal White 5'11 G/F Nina Worthey 6'1 F Deja Winters 5'11 G/F Jayla Jones Pack 6'3 C Jasmen Walton 5'11 F Kennedy Boyd 5'7 PG Jada Smith 6'0 G/F
YaTaria Coleman 5'9 G Shayla Nelson 5'11 F Chanin Scott 6'0 G/F Jordan McLaughlin 5'6 PG
We should once again have a lot of potential but potential don't win games. Hope it can be developed. Everyone stay safe.
Today was move in day for the ladies. There should be some great positional battles if we can get a season in. With such a deep roster will we change our style and go up tempo similar to the men who experienced a lot of success or continue to play thru the post? I think we'll continue to work through the post, but selectively looking for opportunities to run. Our guards are not fast, so changing styles completely may not be the right thing to do. Continuing to let defensive stops trigger our running game is the right thing. Rebounding will be key and on paper the team is much bigger. Our recruits are better free throw shooters which also lends itself to an inside game.

Looks like the ladyaggies are taking the lead in getting back on the court. I notice that we are down a coach. Coach Scott is not listed on the staff for 2020.

I hope we have some athleticism on the wings. We saw what athleticism from BCU and NCCU did to us last season. Got to be able to get up and down the floor, especially on defense.

Just reviewed the 2020-2021 roster posted on the website and noticed Jordan McLaughlin is no longer listed but in her place is a Levossie Taylor a 5'11 F from Selma NC. Anyone got any info?

I believe she still has to sit a year (or at the very least a full semester) under the NCAA rules since she was a scholarship player and played early last year in the 2019-20 season for Mercer before transferring in to us.

Just noticed that both Mclaughlin and Taylor are now not listed on the roster as of 8/1/20. After watching the practice video they were not shown practicing either.I still thank there will be some great positional battles with the results being a very competitive team if we have a season.

A True Post Player.. reminds me of Smalley that played for us get her to Greensboro ASAp smalley is a great comparison except she's bigger than smalley was, but they both have similar games. smalley's "knowledge of the game" was completely off the charts, if clarks' knowledge is anywhere remotely close to smalley's knowledge, she'll be completely "unstoppable"...

The Ladyaggie website is announcing that Jada Smith,Asjah Inniss and Chanin Scott have all signed their NLI.2020/2021 is going to be very interesting. Can't wait to see who makes the floor. wow, i didn't realize that chanin scott is a transfer from "georgia tech" who can dunk even though she's only 6'0" tall...
