MSNBC is reporting that Liberty has potentially 13 cases of COVID-19 since reopening, 3 in the hospital 10 quarantined, students have reported that they have been threatened to stay quiet on the subject. But they got Falwell there to heal those COVID 19 patients so that's not a problem! You know Falwell been dead since 2007?

We could have gotten money from another school and kicked their a$$. I don't like Liberty in any respect. They are racist to the bone.
We could have made a better choice.

Just kick their azz on the FB field and do it with dignity and Aggie Pride! Show them you are just as good or better than they are..... I'm with you... kick their a$$, take their money and talk sh*t on your way out the door! I hear what you saying, but college football...and HBCU football in particular is about more than just the game. I'm not trying to reopen the whole Big South thing, that is done and we will see soon enough if it was the right move for us. One thing I know for sure is now that we have moved on the MEAC scheduling is going to be very, very important for A&T moving forward. Simply saying "line'em up and play", and it doesn't matter who we play won't cut it. Trying to act like we aren't any different than the rest of the schools in the conference when we are the only "public" HBCU in the league...acting like our games are just athletic events when they are truly cultural expressions....man... I can stomach a Big South schedule as long as we get a strong mix of HBCUs in the rotation...there can be benefits for us if we play this thing right...but if we try to act like we aren't who we clearly are it's going to be a mess. IJS Having our players walk by and touch the feet of the A&T four and hop on a bus to play Liberty....Damn !

Norfolk State and Hampton have been beaten badly by Liberty in football as has Howard in basketball. Looks like HBCUs have no problem taking their $$$$

Yeah, and that still doesn’t make me want to play them. I don’t care when the game is scheduled. I don’t want it scheduled.

I don’t want it scheduled. We are playing a FBS team we have a good chance of beating, additionally as it pertains to recruiting they are our regional competitor. We beat them and future recruits may be swayed to sign with us versus them.

One thing for certainty is that this COV19 has left an indelible upon us which will be lasting. First and foremost this virus is for REAL. It is not over yet and only it will determine its end. Cuba offers hope as do China but will America request help from them? So perhaps this thing may linger until September and perhaps reemerge October/November. Think we need to think realistically about this virus including an eclipse of the economy. Things are just this real. I pray that all is well and your families in this crisis for which none of us foresaw in our wildest dreams or did we?

I agree with most of what you are saying, I believe the mistake is that a lot of people think we, A&T are trying to make a coming up move, when this is more about our fiscal health and our continued growth and evolution!

That's not my desire. I have my NDSU flight and hotel already taken care of. But I can see a scenario where we cancel or postpone that game.
Again...it's waaaaayyyy too early to call. It may be for the best, its reported that they have little to no COVI-19 threat there, which could mean they have been training! Not true. The state of North Dakota is getting hit with its share of COVID-19 cases, too. Plus, they just went through a major blizzard earlier in the week.ND COVID-19 positive test results as of April 1 at 3 p.m.Minot Daily News LOCAL NEWS APR 1, 2020

LINK: www.minotdailynews.com/news/local-news/2020/04/nd-covid-19-positive-test-results-as-of-april-1-at-3-p-m/ yeah but north dakota is one of the few states that still have not issued a stay at home social distancing order. so technically, i suppose ndsu can still hold their spring practice if they haven't already done so. as of march when this article was published, it was still unclear whether ndsu would have spring practice... www.inforum.com/bison-media-zone/mens-sports/basketball/4995768-UPDATED-with-Bison-spring-football-NCAA-cancels-mens-basketball-tournament-leaving-Bison-without-Big-Dance-chanceMeanwhile, the NDSU football team will not begin spring football practice on March 25 as previously scheduled. But that doesn't mean the Bison won't get in the 15 allowable practices. Head coach Matt Entz said the fact the school is going to online classes only will cause an adjustment in the schedule. "We need to make sure the health and academic success of our kids are a priority," he said. "Hopefully we'll get spring ball in, just later in the spring." But like everything on Thursday, it's a fluid situation for football. "Things change hourly right now," Entz said. Nothing has changed, as of Thursday anyway, with NDSU's pro day scheduled for March 26. Players expected to work out under the eyes of NFL scouts are offensive lineman Zack Johnson, tight end Ben Ellefson, cornerback Marquise Bridges, safety James Hendricks, running backs Ty Brooks and Dimitri Williams, receiver Jimmy Kepouros and defensive tackle Cole Karcz. Defensive end Derrek Tuszka, who participated in the NFL Combine at the end of February, may also be on hand for drills. NDSU's other spring activities appear to be shelved.
