WTF that kid is should be a scholarship player . Has a natural nose for the ball you can not teach that . Preferred walk-on that's BS . May not have any more scholarship. But I can't half way believe Coach Wash. because he said that in the 2020 recruitment meeting and a month later they was still dishing out scholarship I think it was the Minnesota kid.

It says a lot if the young man is willing to come to us as a PWO if there were scholly offers out there for him. He was probably promised the first scholarship that becomes available if somebody transfers or fails out or something if he's as good as he's being made out to be.

He had other offers with some still coming in after his performance in the State Championship play-off run . Also he is a honor roll student with AP classes I think a lot of his problems that's in size for a linebacker 175 lb he would need to hit the weight room real hard but he also plays receiver with a 4.5 (40) could be moved to the secondary at safety or Rover .

Therein lies my point. If he's still coming to us with a PWO then we're a pretty good program. No need to be upset at that.

No upset here about his coming but I am vexed that the young man did not get a scholarship . Pow's are not binding and could sign with another program . If we have ships available should he not receive one . That's all I'm saying . Don't promise me one if there is one available .

If he's not vexed and accepting the PWO offer, why are you vexed? And what's the difference between upset and vexed? If we had ships available, I assume he'd get one. There are valid reasons to him to accept a PWO offer from us over scholly offers from whomever. If he gets an offer so mote it be.

'My college decision weighs on what I do this year': A Triad high school football player hopes for a seasonGrimsley High School senior outside linebacker, Sincere Burnette is hoping to get a scholarship, but he needs one more year to prove he's worthy of one. Author: Amanda Ferguson (WFMY News 2) Published: 4:56 PM EDT July 30, 2020 GREENSBORO, N.C. — Grimsley High School outside linebacker, Sincere Burnette needs one more season to play. He'll be a senior this fall. “My college decision weighs on what I do this year on the field," Burnette said. Burnette said he's a different player than he was in the 2019 season. After the Whirlies lost to East Forsyth before the State Championship, he said it gave Burnette motivation to be better. “If you look at my junior film, I’m not the same player I was last year," Burnette said. I’ve gotten taller, faster, gotten better with my technique.” He's hoping this season will help him get a college scholarship from a Division I school, but first, he needs a season. “I train a lot, but showing it on the field is more important," Burnette said. The 2020 season is on standby and workouts for Guilford County continue to be pushed back. Guildford County athletes were supposed to start summer workouts Monday, August 3rd, but the county decided to delay it. It's not the first delay Burnette has experienced. “It kind of messes with you mentally," Burnette said. "For a while, I lost hope. It's very disheartening. It makes you feel some kind of way. I have a lot of hope coming up." He hopes he gets a chance to play. If he does and if he gets his dream scholarship, he said it would mean everything. “I’m taking it," Burnette said. Burnette said he has been playing football since he was 5-year-old and hopes to continue playing at the college level. link

Win-Win for A&T and Sincere.

He does not play receiver and he did not have any other scholarship offers. He is not 175 pounds. I interviewed him personally several times this season. He is a legit 6 foot and probably weights over 190 pounds. Probably the most charismatic kid I have encountered this year. A natural born leader. Guys, if you dont know something about a recruit, you dont have to start making things up.
