I'm not arguing what percentage of non-black folks should be on campus. I'm just incredulous with how people seemingly want to act as if we're not hoping to ascertain some type of "pleasant side effect" within our demographics with our new Big South affiliation. Copy all, honestly I think the diversity will come in our grad schools. Undergrad will not be effected as much by the moves. With our grad schools those BS schools with only undergrad engineering programs could become feeders for our masters and PHD programs. I think the same will happen for our undergrads to get into professional schools at high point and Campbell So we gotta play BS schools in sports to feed their students into our masters and PhD programs? That makes no sense to me.... I guess the next question is do we lose to them on purpose? Maybe, by showing that good ole Aggie docility in athletic competition, we'll be a much more palatable school for all races to consider for educational advancement. ....we can win by losing....it's all making sense now (not).

no disrespect, but anybody who thinks we can excel at the fbs level needs to have their head examined unless there's an awfully rich billionaire somewhere who's gonna foot the bill for us at the fbs level. if so, i sure would like to know who it is.
man, some of ya'll are really trippin' on this big south thing. we can't even keep our stadium grass green, yet we got folk anticipating a&t to jump to the fbs level. omg...

For me it is what information that is not provided that is concerning for me . Even the legitimate reason for leaving the MEAC for the Big South leaves me thinking that there is something's that are not being said but that is just me .

Time will tell. By the way with the Basketball Tournament being in Charlotte this time next year it will be interesting how things turn out. Following the CIAA going to be tough act to follow.
