Maybe it's a matter of NDSU has changed their "wicked" ways!

Or maybe they saw TSU getting the pub with their Notre Dame game and wanted to get in on the festivities.

In a nutshell, who knows what caused this, where they were when we talked to them, etc.

As I say to my kids (and others), situations are fluid.

Or it could be as simple as I put it at the beginning. Know your worth. NDSU has not changed from their wicked ways we have cited plenty of times they have done home and home (Towson Deleware) .. it was cited that it took forever to schedule this game because of negotiations. My guess is that we went there begging like a poor black school. Because it defies logic that someone would want to pay 300k to play a game when they could just do a home and home and it be a wash. Congrats to TSU for understanding their worth and dignity for that matter. Hopefully this move will finally end the ridiculousness of asking pwis at our level to pay us like we are some little league team for their entertainment.

It should just be a rule - we don’t do guarantee money games with fcs opponents. This type of thing should never happen again.
