I'm kind of interested to see why Spivey has not been playing. Even when Banks didn't return in some games they put someone else back there such as Chance Pride. I thought he would be a day 1 returner when he signed here

Pamlico County’s Javon Armstrong signs with N.C. A&T By Jordan Honeycutt
BAYBORO - Pamlico County football’s lineman Javon Armstrong knew this day was coming for a long time - he just didn’t know until recently where he would be headed.
Armstrong had several scholarship offers before putting his signature to paper Wednesday to attend North Carolina A&T University to play football for the Aggies. It’s much deeper than that for Armstrong though.
“The playing football is a great opportunity and I’m so happy about that but to be the first person in my family to attend from a four-year university - I’m very happy and proud of that too,” Armstrong said.
Armstrong has already been a state champion wrestler at Pamlico and has made a name for himself on the football field especially the past two seasons. The 6-foot-2, 260-pounder says he is ready for “whatever comes” at the next level.
“They didn’t tell me they were going to redshirt but honestly, it wouldn’t be a bad thing to me because I could learn the ways of the program and get bigger and stronger before playing but if they want me to step right in and play, I’ll do that too,” he said.
