omg! kylil gave famu plenty of "bulletin board material" in this article and i luv it! i don't like giving famu bulletin board material but i do like our guys having that "mindset" going into the famu game. man oh man, i feel a lot better about this weekend's game after reading our team's mindset... Nah... What "Internet" Pete Richardson did in 1999 was bulletin board material. I can't believe someone compared him to E.T.

A&T notebook: Florida A&M's probation adds urgency to matchup with Aggies By Jeff Mills jeff.mills@greensboro.com
GREENSBORO — Both football teams are perfect since the start of league play. But only one of them is in the running for a MEAC championship. No. 11 N.C. A&T plays Florida A&M at Bragg Stadium in Tallahassee at 6 p.m. Saturday in a matchup of two of the MEAC’s three remaining unbeatens. It’s a critical game for the Aggies (4-1, 2-0 MEAC), while the host Rattlers (5-1, 3-0) are playing for little more than bragging rights. “It’s very important that you perform well in games six, seven and eight,” A&T coach Sam Washington said. “Those are the games we look at as championship football games. Those are the most critical games on your schedule. … “Generally, those games are the pivotal moment in the season. Because someone has to lose. Right now, there’s three undefeated teams out here. (Bethune-Cookman is the other). After game eight, there should only be one. We look at it from that perspective, and we want to be that team.” If Florida A&M is that team, it wouldn’t matter. >>A&T’s defense leads the MEAC in stopping third-down conversions (68.5 percent). Florida A&M’s offense is the best in the league at converting on third down (48 percent).
This is going to be a interesting stat after the game

FAMU-N.C. A&T clash goes beyond heated rivalry game www.tallahassee.com/story/sports/college/famu/2019/10/15/famu-n-c-a-t-clash-goes-beyond-heated-rivalry-game/3968499002/Florida A&M players and coaches frequently describe every contest as the biggest game because it’s the next one on the schedule. However, Saturday's matchup versus No. 14 North Carolina A&T at Bragg Memorial Stadium goes beyond an ordinary date on the schedule. First place in the MEAC is on the line when the Rattlers and Aggies meet at 6 p.m. FAMU is 3-0 in league play and 5-1 overall. The Rattlers have gone undefeated following the season opener versus FBS-squad UCF. North Carolina A&T still looms as the king of the hill in the MEAC and HBCU football. The Aggies – who've won two of the last three conference titles – are once again nationally ranked in the FCS poll. Their MEAC record is 2-0 and 4-1 overall. N.C. A&T went 2-1 in its non-conference games with wins over FCS opponents Elon and Charleston Southern.

You know McCain did not play at this game last year. Simmons may not had factor this in. I dont think they would had won if he had played.

It would cool to have an on-campus watch party, say at Corbett.

And depending on how the system strengthens(I have not watched the weather channel yet) could force this game to be played at a later date.
