...over the weekend looking at RVs with the fam. I'm in my Ayantee jacket and this white lady slanging trailers comes up and says she's from Winston. Then she says we probably shouldn't even be having polite conversation because she graduated from WSSU . An hour later a white guy selling trailers comes up and says he's from Greensboro. Then he says he thought we really had a shot against Duke for a minute until the brakes came off at the end of the half. He has almost no affiliation with the school beyond living in Greensboro but he said if he wanted to see some good football he was glad to have some right there in the city. Made me kinda proud. AGGIE PROUD!

That just shows you how big our brand has become nationally over the past decade.
The A&T logo is just about as powerful as the Grambling logo was back in the day. We epitomize HBCU excellence.

Gents, it’s very interesting that he highlighted the Duke game out of all the football games we played. Going FBS brings the kind of visibility and national branding that FCS can’t.

Actually he also mentioned Ruiz's kick at the end of the Elon game.
Since the two folks were from the triad I don't know if we've fully hit the national stage a la Grambling in their heyday, but we're steadily moving up the ladder in that regard.

I've always thought about buying a RV one day. But where the hell would you park it when it's not football season?

Ours would be in our driveway. It's more than long enough. But I really don't want to get one in the first place.
A lot of people just park them at storage places. When we had one when I was a kid we parked it in the driveway.

in the past, i seriously thought about buying an rv too. i saw a very nice rv at one of our tailgate locations 4 or 5 years ago and i began to "dream" about having one of those bad boys for myself. but then i thought about how many times per year i would actually use it and whether that would justify paying six figures for a trailer on wheels, and then i "quickly" came to my senses...

I'd buy an RV tomorrow...except for the high cost to purchase one, the extremely low gas mileage, the expensive maintenance costs, and the difficulty finding parking. You know, come to think of it, I can't really afford to buy one! Guess I'll keep driving my SUV and daydreaming!

Damn. I forgot about gas. Can't imagine what it would cost to fill that thing up.

Unless you plan on using an RV a whole lot ,the cost, and upkeep are usually out of reach for most people . Another alternative is to lease it for short term use , just checked prices at some of the local rental agencies and the cost for a class A RV starts at around $200 per day.
