It's the same for the MEAC. This was announced last year and it was talked about during the MEAC's football presser in Norfolk last week.
It's gonna happen, whether or not some schools are completely ready.

So, what are officials doing when they call time out, and go 5 to 10 feet from the side line and a media person brings them a headset and what looks like a small video instrument? Taking a smoke? They will then talk into the headset and look at the thing they have in their hand for 6 t0 10 minutes, and then return to the field to announce the results of whatever they were doing on the sideline. What would you call that? Some fans may say, instant replay.

Yes, I'm down for it! Aggie Stadium has a little of it right now. I remember the NCCU player getting ejected after a pile-up on the goal-line. the replay on tv showed him trying to snatch Big Stuff's helmet off while Parker was pinned down under everybody. Or when Bell I believe did a Tarik- break the plane- reach for a TD/or not, it may have been placed on the 1yd line.
Shoot, recording games, having radio ect should be solid after all these years of HBCU football. Stop letting these games vanish. I'm glad that we got some Tarik, I would love to see Jerry rice, Sweetness, or some of our classic games
