Because people are clamoring to see how quickly I pass out from the combination of heat and alcohol I sneak in the stadium.

I need to talk to someone in the administration about this. We had a similar early start time against Elon last year and it negatively affected our attendance. In contrast, we had a night game against Howard a few weeks later and drew our second highest attendance total of the year.
With the new scoreboard on the way that will be ready to be showcased, there is no reason we should be having any afternoon games in the summer.

During Aggie club meeting in Richmond the acting AD was asked about the 1:30 games. He said game time are set by the teams playing along with the MEAC office. Some schools don't like paying the extra money(hotels extended checkout time cost ,extra meals, etc). They want to get in & out of town quickly.

We have night games everytime we play the Fish Bowl Classic at Norfolk so I don't see why that is an issue.
Hell, the visiting locker rooms at Aggie Stadium are equipped with showers. Norfolk can just wash up after the game, put on their street clothes and jump back on their raggedy azz buss if they want to cut down on extended travel costs.
